AIFC Court & IAC Lead on Institutional Dispute Resolution Best Practices During Vietnam Delegation Visit

The AIFC Court and IAC hosted a high-level delegation from Vietnam led by H.E. Mr. Nguyen Hoa Binh, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister of Vietnam.

The Registrar and Chief Executive of the AIFC Court and IAC, Mr. Christopher Campbell-Holt OBE, provided an overview of key considerations in establishing and operating modern international dispute resolution institutions, including on judicial independence, procedural efficiency, user-focused services, and the importance of trust and enforceability in cross-border disputes.

The visit underscored the AIFC Court’s and IAC’s role as internationally recognised centres for the development and application of best international practices in commercial dispute resolution.
