AIFC Court & IAC Highlight Dispute Resolution Excellence at LIDW25

30 December 2025

The AIFC Court and IAC presented in London as part of the London International Disputes Week 2025 (LIDW25) earlier this year.

LIDW is a key global forum for international dispute resolution. This year’s event, ‘Innovation in Dispute Resolution: Navigating Global Risks’, included panel discussions with The Rt. Hon. The Lord Burnett of Maldon, the AIFC Court Chief Justice, and Mr. Christopher Campbell-Holt OBE, Registrar and Chief Executive of the AIFC Court and IAC.

The discussions included a review of the latest high-profile disputes with parties from Kazakhstan and the wider Eurasia region, current dispute resolution practices, key challenges, and areas for improvement of arbitration practices in the Eurasia region. The AIFC Court and IAC were recognised as the leaders in Eurasia for providing independent and impartial dispute resolution.

The AIFC Court and IAC are the preferred choice by investors for international commercial court dispute resolution and, as ‘Centres of Excellence’, continue to lead the way on dispute resolution innovation and technology and quality of dispute resolution services for investors coming to Kazakhstan.
