Information on applicable court fees (AIFC Court Practice Direction No. 1):

Claim ≥ KZT 1.5 million (≈USD 3,334+) 0.5% (individuals) / 1.5% (corporate entities)

Non-monetary claims KZT 45,000 (≈USD 100)
Appeal / enforcement No fee
