JUDICIAL MEDIATION
Judicial mediation at the AIFC Court enables parties to have a neutrally facilitated discussion to identify issues, develop options and alternatives and try to reach agreement about some issues or the whole dispute. It can be a cost effective and timely alternative to a formal court hearing before a judge who in a hearing decides how the dispute will be resolved. All the AIFC Court judges are highly experienced judicial mediators
