AIFC Court and IAC Webinar Series 2020: New Opportunities During and Post COVID-19

The AIFC Court and IAC have implemented online measures to ensure the 100% continuity of their dispute resolution operations and services while safeguarding the health and safety of their users and staff during the COVID-19 situation.

In addition to our online filing and hearings facility which ensures quick and cost effective online resolution of disputes, we have launched our “AIFC Court and IAC Webinar Series 2020: New Opportunities During & Post COVID-19”, to ensure that our users and business and legal communities remain connected to developments at the AIFC Court and IAC and on other dispute resolution matters including challenges posed by the COVID-19 situation. Our webinars are being delivered by AIFC Court Justices, IAC Arbitrator Panel members, and AIFC Court and IAC User Committees members.

Please see the full Webinar Programme 2020 below. Registration for each webinar will be available in advance of each webinar. All webinars will be accessible free of charge. Participants will receive electronic certificates of attendance and access to recordings of the webinars after each session has been completed.
