Common Law Judgment Writing Skills

The Training Centre is delighted to invite participants to join an online training session on “Common Law Judgment Writing Skills”, delivered by The Rt. Hon. Sir Rupert Jackson, Justice of the AIFC Court, on 31 March 2026, at 15:00 Astana time.

Participants will gain a detailed first-hand account on how to approach the task of writing judgments, specifically using a structured method for drafting judgments as practiced by Justice Sir Rupert Jackson at the AIFC Court.
