Moderator: Mr. Christopher Campbell-Holt, Registrar and Chief Executive of the AIFC Court and IAC.
Discussion Points: Insights into professional backgrounds, vision for the AIFC Court and IAC, and the critical role these institutions play in attracting investment to Kazakhstan.

‘Filing a Claim at the AIFC Court and IAC: Procedural and Practical Steps and Timeframes’
Speakers: Ms. Gulnur Nurkeyeva, Managing Partner, Head of the China Office at GRATA International, Mr. Sergei Vataev, IAC Arbitrator Panel Member, and Mr. Bakhyt Tukulov, Managing Partner, Tukulov Kassilgov Shaikenov Disputes.
