Digital Justice & Investor Protection: AIFC Court & IAC Lead the Conversation in Eurasia

The AIFC Court and IAC, as part of Astana Finance Days 2025, hosted a panel discussion ‘Digital Transformation of Justice & the Future of Investment Capital Protection’ at their premises in Astana, Kazakhstan.

Astana Finance Days is Eurasia’s flagship financial forum that convenes top decision-makers to accelerate investment, strengthen markets, and unlock new business opportunities across the region. This year’s event featured a panel discussion by The Rt. Hon. The Lord Burnett of Maldon, the AIFC Court Chief Justice, and Mr. Thomas Krümmel, the IAC Chairman. Additionally, future developments, including real-time court transcription services and expanded digital access to justice, were discussed.
