The Training Centre held an online training session on “Case Progression at the AIFC Court”, given by Mr. Christopher Campbell-Holt OBE, Registrar and Chief Executive of the AIFC Court and IAC. The training was attended by 160 participants from 9 countries, all being key trading partners with business in Kazakhstan.

In this training session, Mr. Campbell-Holt OBE provided guidance on how to start and progress a case at the AIFC Court, covering five essential litigation and case management stages.

The Training Centre provides international standard training and career development opportunities to facilitate use of the AIFC Court and IAC and maintain the highest standards among AIFC Court and IAC users in dispute resolution proceedings. Its comprehensive annual programme consists of international dispute resolution training courses, judicial training, internships, and mooting competitions. In eight years, the Training Centre has trained more than 6,700 people from Kazakhstan and the wider Eurasia region to the highest international standards.
