The AIFC Court and IAC are delighted to invite you to attend, free of charge, the webinar: “The AIFC Court & IAC: 3 Years On”. The AIFC Court and IAC will host this webinar in association with Astana Finance Days 2021.

During the webinar, participants will have an opportunity to hear first-hand from the AIFC Court Chief Justice, Lord Mance, and the IAC Chairman, Barbara Dohmann QC, on the user-friendly dispute resolution services and facilities at the AIFC Court and IAC. Participants will also hear from the AIFC Court Justice, Tom Montagu-Smith QC, who has given judgments at the AIFC Small Claims Court, and from a member of the IAC Panel of Arbitrators and Mediators and Partner at Baker & McKenzie, Alexander Korobeinikov, who has given IAC arbitration awards. The webinar will provide unique practical insight on how the AIFC Court and IAC deliver justice applying the highest international standards of the rule of law.
