ALAGUZOVA ASSEMGUL AMANGELDIYEVNA v. BAGAZAT AMANTAY

The Claimant sought permission to appeal against an AIFC Court judgment that awarded monetary relief in relation to a vehicle dispute but declined to order the return of the car.
