The Court considered a claim concerning the legal effect of a resignation from corporate positions in several AIFC registered companies and the related information recorded in the AIFC Public Register. The Court examined issues relating to its jurisdiction, the interpretation of the AIFC Companies Regulations, and the relief sought by the Claimant. The Court declared that the Claimant’s resignation from the relevant corporate offices took effect on the specified date and that his authority in relation to the companies ceased from that date.
