The Court considered applications seeking an Extended Civil Restraint Order against the Claimant in connection with a number of related proceedings. The Court reviewed the procedural history of the litigation and the parties’ submissions regarding future conduct of proceedings before the AIFC Court. Following that review, the Court granted the applications and imposed restrictions on the commencement of certain future claims and applications without prior permission of the Court.
